[The feed's bouncing a little, like the person was walking when the feed turned on. If you look closely, there's a few snapped trees in the background, and what looks to be a pond of sorts. There's a little laughter in the background this time, but whether or not it's honest or forced remains to be seen. The feed crackles a bit, before coming to focus on his face. Now the owner's a little wet, judging by the dripping bangs as he sits down at a cafe. He smiles faintly, but is it true?]

Looks like quite a few new people have been arriving lately, even back during the attacks. Those pirates can be quite amusing when they aren't on the attack, huh.

[He chuckles a bit, fingering the locket around his neck.]

Guess anyone can be sentimental, too. Also... has anyone else noticed something different since the pirate ship crashed into the barrier?

[ Long pause ]

Nothing...

[ He turns off his SFC manually ]

[That long pause was a bit unsettling. Though, he did know what it was like...]

[When he doesn't get a response, he tries to contact him again three times with no success. Riku frowns at the device in his hands before standing and walking off toward the nearest alleyway. He didn't like to create corridors in broad daylight in a crowd. Shortly, he enters the darkness, appearing inside the manor. Hm... He'd misjudged the exit point.]

...Adrian?

[ Adrian recognised that voice instantly and he sighed gently, why had he come back here? Rising from the basement, slowly, he made his way to the source of that innocent voice.

He saw him standing in the drawing room, quiet and fragile. ]

Riku... what are you doing here?

[Because he's a stubborn idiot who just so happened to have borrowed something from Sora.]

[...And he's anything but the two mentioned, by human standards at least.]

Just thought I'd come for a visit. [A faint shrug, he was holding an album of some kind.] You alright?

[ Was he alright? He wasn't really that sure, but not one to try and cause concern he managed a small nod and the hint of a smile, sad a smile as it was ]

I'm fine, please don't... concern yourself with me Riku, you have enough to do without worrying about an... old man like me.

[ What was that the boy was holding? No, he best not pry. ]

[ Riku gave Adrian an incredulous stare, as if though he were accessing the situation and deciding on a course of action.]
I consider you a friend of mine, Adrian. Part of that entails my worrying for you, no matter how old or what you are.

[He shifts the album in his hands, then placing it on the table.]

...I have something to show you. There's only a few in these pages, since it's Sora's, but the memories they hold are probably best from his point of view.

[ Riku had an album of photographs to show him? How lovely, Adrian thought with a small, sweet smile. He wished, for just a moment, that he had something he could show in return... but bar the locket of his mother he had nothing. ]

You... would show me these photographs?

[ Yes, he did, if his actions were anything to go by. It only took a moment to open the book and flip the pages to where he wanted, flipping through the days on the Islands until that night. ]

[ Growing darkness, tides of change- This world has been connected... ]

[ He couldn't manipulate memories or create illusions to show Adrian far more effectively, but this would do. ]
